I'm Luke Schmale, owner of LS General Contracting. I started this business in Everett over 13 years ago with a simple goal: do quality work, communicate clearly, and treat every project like it's my own home. Whether it's a bathroom remodel, a new deck, or helping someone recover from water damage, I'm personally involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

Over the years, I've worked on everything from large commercial projects to residential renovations across Everett, Snohomish County, and nearby Seattle-area communities. What I've learned is that homeowners don't just want the cheapest bid—they want someone who shows up on time, answers their calls, keeps the job site clean, and does the work right. That's what I focus on. I'm licensed, bonded, and insured, but more importantly, I'm the person you'll actually talk to when you have a question or concern.

I handle bathroom and kitchen remodels, deck construction and repair, full home renovations, interior and exterior updates, tenant improvements, and water damage restoration. My approach is hands-on and detail-oriented. I don't take on more projects than I can personally manage because I believe every job deserves my full attention.
