’m Luke Schmale, owner of LS General Contracting, based in Everett. While LS General Contracting was officially founded in 2024, I bring over a decade of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and commercial work. I started this company with a simple goal: do quality work, communicate clearly, and treat every project like it’s my own home.

I’ve worked on a wide range of projects—from large commercial tenant improvements to detailed residential renovations throughout Everett, Snohomish County, and the greater Seattle area. What I’ve learned over the years is that homeowners aren’t just looking for the lowest price—they want reliability, transparency, and someone who actually shows up, answers the phone, keeps the job site clean, and follows through. That’s exactly how I run my business.

I’m personally involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. I’m licensed, bonded, and insured, and when you have a question or concern, you’re talking directly to me—not a salesperson or a project manager who disappears after the contract is signed.

LS General Contracting specializes in bathroom and kitchen remodels, deck construction and repair, full home renovations, interior and exterior updates, commercial tenant improvements, and water damage restoration build-back. I take a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and intentionally limit the number of projects I take on so each one gets the attention it deserves.
